No heating so we lit the fire.
There was plenty to do...
We did crumpets and tea on the stove.

Unfortunately the power came back on around lunchtime, much to whoops of joy and delight: Horay the computer's working now! I think they will not be in the living room in the new house. (Possibly moving in the last week of October- It's all finally definate now, as the buyers' mortgae is in place so only paperwork to do, and packing, don't forget the packing...)

Thankyou. It just makes me want to go and live somewhere with no electricity! But then I would have to get a wind turbine to power the computer ;-)
