The boys appeared late morning in their dressing gowns, with their new sketchbooks full of drawings- it was just like old times, and, as if on the first day of term they suddenly switched into 'do something' mode. Not sure what Joy did all day, but she has been drawing a lot lately too (horses). They did go on computers in the afternoon. Their computer room is right next to my bedroom, so they were very close. That was ok. I was brought cups of tea and biscuits, and a box of tissues, and later on some bread. I did get up to make them some chips for tea and they got themselves to bed. Joy even did the washing up!
Joy and Freddie have both been out today- sledging? Ah... I took Freddie's sketchbook downstairs so I expect that's what he's doing now... No they are both outside still. He doesn't want to go to school any more. he's been saying that since September. I'm still a bit torn, I mean how would I do stuff? But I have managed before, it's only Thursdays and the odd Friday after all... no, actually it's more: there is shopping and and and sometimes I need to go to the doctors/homeopath, and yoga of course, couldn't miss that. It's not as though I can do all this stuff in the evening is it?
