bla bla bla rant

I'm really struggling to keep up with blogging and reading all the blogs, what with all the exciting stuff going on here and elsewhere, and having been cleaning up buckets of sick all day- poor Freddie- he's doing really well: after the last bucketful I was trying to cuddle him and he just said "stop it I want to look on Ebay"! well, he's gone to sleep finally, and now I think Meg's got it, so hopefully the rest won't all follow.
Today was a day of trying to catch up on a few things while the children played dressing up and made videos of themselves enacting stories (must get round to youtubing some of these). I spent at least an hour trying to sort out the internet service, which seemed to have become trapped in hyperspace-well the actual service was there but the billing etc was in a mess. I think I have managed to get it reduced to paying for something we actually use, like a monthly download limit of 20Gb, not 50, mind you Meg has been unable to download music lately, so I don't know if that reflects the true usage.
Anyway, that seems to be the extent of my being organised, and that was achieved only because Freddie fell asleep on the sofa. I phoned Bob to make sure he was ok. I am still quite weary all the time, and need a coffee to get me to something like normal awakeness. It was so dark this morning, even at 10am.
I did try to find out what is going on with the HE group today (that I set up): they seem to have started meeting again without even bothering to tell me. Very rude, if you ask me. I'm not sure why they have decided not to tell me- it must me a conscious decision, surely? I mean can they be so disorganised? There is no advertisement for it on the internet group, and people are asking on it and even phoning me up. I don't really know what to do, apart from wait till it all falls apart. It seems to have gone beyond the point of no return, while I was quite happy to take a back seat for a while, I seem to have been completely ousted. I suppose I don't really have need of a "group" as such, but I might have wanted to carry on what I set out to do at some point, which was to to art and craft sessions, but it seems that there was such a need for a sort of local get-together/meeting point/anything goes sort of thing that that seems to have taken over. Except quite a lot of people don't really like it now, and have told me, and asked me if I'm going to do it again. I'm not in a hurry to do it, but the longer it goes on the harder it seems it will be for me to do it. And my lovely art cupboard was in such a mess last time I saw it I just wanted to weep, with all sorts of stuff piled into it. Well, I'm not really that bothered, I suppose because I could always do something somewhere else. I just couldn't get over the rudeness of the not telling me what was going on. O, I got an anonymous text message, saying there was a midweek evening planning meeting- obviously excluding me and Sarah, but no mention of what had been decided at said meeting- ha! the bloody cheek! and meetings! O, well never mind.
