On Tuesday we all went down to the arts centre for the art group. It was just us and another family, who haven't been for a while. We made a big handprint rainbow using finger paints, which I thought was quite fun, and the children seemed to enjoy getting stuck into it. Fergus did this rainbow on the blackboard and they all did some of their own hand print pictures.
It was good doing big pictures and using our bodies to move in a big arc around the shape of the rainbow. Next week I will try and get hold of some bigger paper so we can do some even bigger stuff on the floor. I'm looking forward to that!
