tai chi for kids

This morning we headed off to a family tai chi session in a church, pictured as seen through today's mists from our garden. They were quite excited to go to that church that we can always see on top of the next hill, and see our house from the other side. There was only one other family there. I think it's really for adults, who bring their children along, but Joy and Fergus were keen to find out what it was all about, and the teacher was great with them. They joined in to most of it, while Freddie sat and looked at books (provided by the church). And I got to practice the form with my favourite tai chi teacher.

Afterwards we went to The Bear for lunch, where we met Gill, who kindly brought us some rabbit food, and I stocked up on brown rice and Shipton Mill flour. Freddie lost his small penguin toy and we searched the shop for ages, only to find it later on in the market, on the ground, where it must have dropped out of his hat.

I didn't take many pictures today (it was soo grey) but here are the Todmorden fish, as seen from the car park.
